Fitness Club

The goal of The Fitness Club is to support our children in learning how to develop, maintain, and be responsible for their own health and physical well-being as early in their lives as possible. We think good habits, learned early, will serve you for a lifetime.

We have designed The Fitness Club to create learning opportunities for the children in the areas of:

  • Physical Fitness - (including aerobic exercise, balance, and flexibility)
  • Physiology - (the systems of the body, how they work and how to care for them)
  • Nutrition - (varieties of food and how the body uses different types)
  • Anatomy - (identification of body parts using correct terminology for appropriate age groups)

At our centers, your child will have the opportunity to participate in Fitness Club as a regular part of their classroom program. Our staff is trained by our Fitness Club Manager to present special demonstrations; stretching and exercise to music, hands on activities and other fitness related projects that the children love!

May: Tough Teeth & the Digestive System  

June:Leftovers Special (Hair, Germs, Carrots & Sweat!)                                

July/August:  Summer Fun Sports and Games, Red Light-Green Light;
